ASWANI INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED

Ascolite marketed by Aswani Industries Pvt. Ltd. (formely known as Aswani Construction Pvt. Ltd.) The introduction of Ascolite was a new direction by the group to vertically grow into building materials from construction.

The first step taken to promote Ascolite was by establishing the largest state of-the-art Fly Ash Blocks (Aerated Autoclaved) manufacturing facility at Surat(Gujarat) & today we have a range of over 100 products in Walling, Tile-fixing, waterproofing & Construction chemicals.

Mr. Jai Prakash Aswani

Founder & Chairman A true visionary with over 50 years of experience, Mr. Jai Prakash Aswani started working from a very early age with a true passion and spirit of entrepreneurship. He has built and set remarkable benchmarks in all the fields he has entered, in textiles, his experience has been throughout trading, exports, weaving, texturizing, dying and printing. Further, he saw opportunities in the construction industry and created many amongst the finest residential high-rise building in the city of Surat. He then observed the speed of innovation at which building materials were moving and saw great opportunities for vertical integration.

Mr. Navin Aswani

Managing Director With 18 years of industrial experience, Mr. Navin Aswani is the new generation entrepreneur with a blend of old school tactics (which are time tested) and the new school of thought way of management. With this kind of management and leadership, he has successfully knit an enthusiastic team of people which work towards a common goal. He believes in flexibility, need to constantly change and customer orientation. His experience has been in all verticals of the group with a focus on the building materials division.

Mr. Nitin Lalwani

Chief Operating Officer (C.O.O.) Having grown up in the neighbourhoods of Madrid (Spain), Mr. Nitin Lalwani is a kind of leader with environment & culture adaptive capabilities, making it the right fit for the face of sales & marketing. A dynamic, energetic and young leader with an MBA in Marketing & Finance, he has the skill and market experience to contribute and take the company to the next level with the rest of the team.
